Students in Tainan Area receiving Jesus Christ massively; thus, generating a leading revival movement.

策略 Strategy

• 持續的聚會-藉聚會激勵學生為主的心志、吸引未信的學生參加。特徵：激進的 ，每個 Shine 聚會都直接且清楚地宣講主耶穌和救恩。
  Consistent gathering - Through these gatherings stir up the students' hearts to live for Jesus and attract non-believers to attend these gatherings. Feature: radical, every Shine gathering brings forth Jesus Christ and salvation directly and clearly to the audience.
• 持續的訓練-特徵：具再生性 （Reproductive）。四個訓練的面向：得救的確據、每日靈修、做教會、神的命定。
  Consistent training - feature: Reproductive. Four aspects of training; the assurance of salvation, daily devotional life, being the church, and God's destiny.

目標 Goal

• 同學們在思想及行為舉止是聖潔的，並因此成為改變學校屬靈氣氛的發動者
  Students who live by a holy standard and thus transform the spiritual atmosphere of their campus.
• 同學們主動在校園裡建立禱告會或小組
  Students will begin to take initiative to begin campus prayer meetings or small groups.

2009 目標 Goal for 2009

• 設立宣傳部門 Establish advertising department division.
• 確定 Shine 青年運動的必要組織並開始運作
  Confirm the essential organizations for Shine Movement and begin to function.
• 確定及落實執行年度訓練流程 Confirm and establish annual training procedures.
• 邀請更多的社青更深入、更廣泛地參與 Shine 青年運動
  Invite more young adults to participate Shine Movement more in depth.
• 舉辦 Shine 2009 夏令營及定期的聯合聚會
  Hold Shine 2009 Summer Camp and regular shine gatherings.
